Thank you.

Thank you for this second. I am alive and so many others younger than I are gone.

Thank you for protecting me and not letting me get hit by a drunk driver when I went out to dinner today.

Thank you for the two women I have loved. I am the happiest when I am giving to someone who inspires love in me. The time was not as long as I wished, but I experienced love that few ever have could imagined.

Thank you for another day with Jezebel. She has outlived the norm by five years now and each day is precious.

Thank you for the distant thunder. And even if it does not rain here, it is raining near in an area that has not seen rain for months. They probably need it more.

Thank you for the birds that feed at my feeders. Thank you for allowing me the funds to buy their food.

Thank you for every moment of my life. I am not perfect, and at times my life has been hard but I have learned.

Thank you for allowing me to ride through the hurts of life and still want to be open and caring. Too many build walls, yet I still have faith in people.
Thank you for the few people in my life that I have managed to be able to help. My rewards were greater than theirs.

Thank you for being here with me. I know you are with everyone, but many do not feel or hear you. I have been so fortunate to have experienced your existence.

Really no words need to be said but Thank You at the end of each day in your prayers. For the god you worship knows your heart and exactly what you thank him for. Things large and small - we are all so fortunate.

Thank God for it all.

So much goes unnoticed that we should be thankful for. It is easy to be thankful for the big things. But it is blessed to be thankful for everything.
